Description
The memorial pays tribute to the United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees), using as its centerpiece a geometric, etched stone. This demonstration of appreciation occupies a position within a raised planter near the town center, at the northern entrance of the Washington Street Mall. The maker of the piece is Woodruff Memorials. Of note, the Jaycees "admitted women as full and regular members" starting 1984.
