DESIGN: Last renovation completed June, 2004, by Allan Scholl, designer, and Trocom Construction, contractor.
SETTING: For prior monuments on site, see ID# 1369, George III King of Great Britain, destroyed 7/9/1776. And ID# 1298, de Peyster, moved in 1976 to Hanover Square; on 10/30/2004 moved to Randall's Island for conservation (to make way for British Memorial Garden WTC 9/11, ID #1254); finally, to be re-set in City Hall Park, NY, NY.
