Description
The memorial recalls and honors fallen first responders – police, firefighters, rescue and emergency medical services workers – at the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001. Site design includes several flagstaffs and surrounding landscaping with an integrated plaque-on-stone. Situated alongside a wide, central roadway before a comparatively large, open recreational space.
