Description
The memorial honors the life, while mourning the death, of Marisa Di Nardo, killed in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. She was a resident of West Harrison, New York, and the parish of St. Anthony of Padua. The memorial’s stonework, and associated flagstaff, are set within a rising, plaza arrangement in front of the church, situated at Gainsborg Avenue and Harrison Street, Harrison. The work was sponsored by the Marisa’s Children Fund.
