DESIGN: Fountain and urn original monument (neither continues to serve as such). What remains is a soldier atop these "pedestals. This is how, then, the design is categorized, as a statue.
SPONSOR(S): Community Groups - Women's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU). Sponsored original fountain, in 1906, now serving as "pedestal."
Berlin Grange. Sponsored watering urn in front of fountain and also bronze (Civil War) soldier atop the fountain, in 1908.
