DESIGNER: High up on memorial, etched on an arrow in the talons of the eagle is the name "Charles Greer," which is the name the survey uses; however, the etching might also read "Charles Green."
COMMENT: The dedication date is estimated in the database as 1948; the Korean and Vietnam War plaques were added afterward
